Hitesh Majithia, CFA, founded Nicior Consulting from a simple observation made across two decades in investment banking, private capital, and cross-border wealth management: the next generation of wealthy families is systematically underserved — not because good professionals don't exist, but because none of them are structurally positioned to serve the heir.

Every adviser, banker, and lawyer involved in an inheritance serves the estate — or a product. Nicior was built to change that. It is the only platform whose mandate, fee structure, and sole loyalty is to the person inheriting.

A CFA Charterholder and MBA with two decades spanning investment banking, private capital, and cross-border wealth advisory across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond. Hitesh has held senior roles at EY, Westpac, and ANZ, and currently leads Prometheus Capital Finance in Dubai — a boutique firm serving internationally connected families. He built Nicior after observing the same gap repeatedly: heirs arrive at the table without the knowledge or professional relationships to direct their own outcomes, while every adviser in the room is incentivised by the estate or a product. Nicior is the fix — fee-only, fiduciary to the heir, and place-agnostic by design.

Are you a regulated financial adviser?+
Nicior provides inheritance intelligence, structured education, and diagnostic advisory. We are not a regulated investment adviser, wealth manager, or law firm. Our services are place-agnostic — designed to be relevant and valuable regardless of where you or your assets are located. Where regulated advice is required, we introduce you to vetted professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.
Where are your clients based?+
Internationally. Nicior is place-agnostic — our program, tools, and coaching are designed to work regardless of where you live or where your assets are held. Our clients are based across the world, with significant concentration in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We conduct all engagements remotely via video call, so geography is never a constraint.
How does Nicior make money?+
Our primary — and preferred — source of income is the flat fees we charge for our engagements, agreed and disclosed upfront. For certain specific services, we may earn a referral commission from a third-party provider; this will always be explicitly disclosed to you in advance. You are under no obligation whatsoever to use any service from our referred partners — the referral is a convenience, not a condition.
How do your 1:1 sessions work?+
All sessions are conducted 1:1 via video call — no group sessions, no generic programmes. The number of sessions depends entirely on the complexity of your situation and the time required to work through it properly. A straightforward single-jurisdiction estate may need two sessions; a multi-country, multi-structure, blended-family situation may need six. Every engagement is scoped to your unique circumstances at the outset.
What does an engagement cost?+
Engagements are priced as flat fees across three tiers — USD 2,500 (Starter, 2 sessions), USD 3,500 (Standard, 4 sessions), and USD 5,000 (Comprehensive, 6 sessions) — scoped at the outset based on your situation. There are no hourly rates and no scope creep. All coaching modules and platform tools are free for registered members.
